Background and Identification
Named after the Isuzu River, Isuzu is a Japanese manufacturer of commercial vehicles and diesel engines. It was founded in 1916 by the Tokyo Gas Company . Since its inception, Isuzu has produced over 21 million diesel engines, and has over 7000 employees worldwide.
