Step 2

Use the Phillips #1 screwdriver to remove five 1.2 mm screws from the back cover of the laptop.

Step 3

Remove the back cover using the opening tool, leaving the laptop back exposed.
Use the opening tool to pry the edge and work your way around the perimeter.
Careful to undo the clips before removing the back cover.

Step 4

Use the Phillips #1 screwdriver to remove the four 1.2 mm screws that secure the battery.

Step 5

Remove the battery using your hand or a prying tool.

Faire attention à certain modèle ayant un adaptateur WWAN Sierra, les câbles d'antenne passent autour de la batterie, l'antenne principale (main) passe vers la gauche (câble orange/rouge) et l'auxiliaire (aux) passe à droite (câble bleu).

Veillez à les déconnecter et de les détourer délicatement de la batterie. En effet, ceux-ci passent par la batterie sur les rebords, et l'on risque de les arracher accidentellement.
