I was born and raised on a small island called Saipan in the Northern Mariana Islands. I moved to St.George about 3 years ago to pursue my degree in Interaction Design at Utah Tech University. I’ve thought about doing Digital Design and Graphic Design, but after taking certain classes, I thought pursuing a degree in Interaction Design would be best. The classes are challenging but enjoyable! I am familiar with Indesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. I prefer to use Illustrator when creating artwork and personal projects. I am not experienced in fixing electronics, but I would love to learn more through this process. Some awards I have accomplished during high school are a citizenship award and, an outstanding female award, and I am an alumnus of the Close-Up Insular group. During my spare time, I love to make coffee/matcha. After learning more about the iFixit company, the importance of the projects brings me appreciation. Living on a small island, taking care of the environment is extremely important to us. I hope more people learn about electronic waste and how it affects all of us as a whole.

The first photo below is of the awards and sashes I received from Saipan Southern High School in 2021. The second photo is one of my favorite hobbies- making coffee. I used to work at Farmstead Bakery here in St.George. I got to practice more on my latte art. The last photo is of my mom, sister, and my boyfriend at the Hello Kitty Cafe. I love Sanrio and have quite an obsession with the Hello Kitty Character.
