Hi! My name is Jaden Yang, and I am a Computer Science Undergraduate student at the University of California, Davis.
As many other computer science students, I have a deep interest in computer components in both software and hardware, but I would more like to pursue a career in software development in the future.
I have practiced experiences in the field of computer in various ways. For software, besides of completing the required assignments, I've also done some self-projects in my free time, such as a portfolio website to keep my interest and improve my programming skills as well.
I have only a little experiences on repairing, and they are still all related to computers. I used to dissembled my laptop to replace the thermometer paste for the CPU and replaced a SSD for a larger storage. I did the same on my m2 MacBook air which to place a thermometer pad on top of its SSD to improve the performance. I also built my own mechanical keyboard with my choice of switches and keycaps.
Besides school work, I am passion on swimming and biking. But I more like to send time with my family or just staying in my house and clean my room or read for the entire afternoon.
If the weather is good enough, I would also go out for pictures, I like to take pictures on landscape, and here is one picture I took in UC Merced:
