"Could not support development" iPad 5.1 + Xcode 4.3

Question

I am using Xcode 4.3 and when my iPad with iOS5.1 is connected, organizer do recognize my iPad but saying

"Could not support development".

I tried another iPad with same iOS without any problem.

Anyone has any clue?

I saw this with XCode 4.5 and iOS 5.1.1 on an iPad 1. Restarting the iPad worked for me. [tag:xcode4.5] – a. brooks hollar Oct 04 '12 at 21:44

Powering on/off didn't work for me. However, I think there was some dirt or something in the 30-pin connector. I blew on it to clean it out, and voila, it worked.

Bonus: If you know what a Nintendo cartridge is, this trick will take you down memory lane.
