  • Are you using `Eclipse IDE for Java EE Developers` ? – Salman Khakwani Sep 15 '13 at 06:58
  • Maybe you should't just ask a question, but do research first. This ( http://stackoverflow.com/questions/7472966/cannot-complete-the-install-because-of-a-conflicting-dependency) probably answers your question. – Wannabe Sep 15 '13 at 09:55

Download Eclipse (Standard Edition) from this link:
http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/packages/eclipse-standard-43/keplerr
and the ADT (Android Development Tool) will be installed smoothly.
I hope this helps.

Instead of eclipse have a look at Android Studio (http://developer.android.com/sdk/installing/studio.html) it might be more useful to you/easier to set-up.
