How to make a file and its parent directory at once?

I used touch to make a file and its parent directory at once, but failed,

$ touch ./base/data/sounds/effects/camera_click.ogg
touch: cannot touch `./base/data/sounds/effects/camera_click.ogg': No such file or directory

How to do?
