I am facing a problem in calculating the nearest distance.This is my requirement.
If the user searches for a zip code or city and the search return's no results. We need to expand the search to a 50 mile radius, if nothing is found then expand to 100 miles. We don't need to return results beyond 100 mile radius. If the user searches for Denver it should give the closest locations near Denver. Use the city coordinates (Google "Denver coordinates") as the center point of the radius search.
will it be done using php or any webservices?
