How to use material design action bar navigation drawer toggle animation?

I am trying to use what Google calls "Radial action", which is actually an animation occurs while pulling the navigation drawer in the action bar.

As shown in this video .

What I'm trying to achieve is the navigation drawer top left toggler to change it's form dynamically while pulling the navigation drawer as shown in the video and the pictures.

This feature seem to bee available in the new Google Play version

Here is an example:

How can I implement this animation in my app?

The menu-to-arrow animation is now provided by the ActionBarDrawerToggle class which is included in `com.android.support:appcompat-v7:21.0.0`. – rciovati Oct 17 '14 at 21:45
