css button styling not being applied

Question

I am trying to style a button using the following CSS:

@Koalakid Did you thoroughly read the question George posted? In the answers, someone clearly pointed out that you cannot change the built-in browse button, so I assume you created a button yourself. Could you post the HTML code of that button? — Attila Herbert, Oct 16 '14 at 19:02
