Ruby MYSQL2 gem installation on windows 8.1

Question

I've spent a lot of time to fix this. Everytime I run this command

gem install mysql2 --version 4.0.0 --no-ri --no-rdoc

I get the error message ( Ruby 200)

>gem install mysql2 --no-rdoc --no-ri

I have copied the .dll file from Mysql to bin directory of Ruby folder I also updted the command

gem install mysql2 --no-rdoc --no-ri -- '--with-mysql-lib="C:\Program Files\MySQL/MySQL Server 5.6\lib\" --with-mysql-include="C:\Program Files\MySQL\MySQL Server 5.6\include"'
