Angular load ng-includes doesnt work

I'm trying to include my template file with angular mode. like this

<div class="col-lg-6 col-md-9 member-container bg-light-green" ng-include="'https://s3-eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/link.com/frontend-web/app/views/login.html'">

It's working in Firefox, but not in Safari, Chrome. When I look at the console, it's look like this
