Package "Kendall" in R- Version 3.1.1

Can anyone tell me how to install "Kendall" package in R 3.1.1 version.

I have been trying to install using

install.packages("Kendall")

but everytime I do this, I get an error:

Warning in install.packages : package ‘Kendall’ is not available (for R version 3.1.1)

I installed it just fine on R 3.1.1 on windows 7 using CRAN.wustl.edu. How about including your OS and seasionInfo() information. Can you install other packages? – MrFlick Mar 18 '15 at 19:28
