Failed to read schema document 'http://www.springframework.org/schema/beans/spring-beans.xsd'

Question

I have downloaded a program of spring and trying to run it on my STS Eclipse whose Version: 3.6.4.RELEASEP and runs on Platform: Eclipse Luna SR1 (4.4.2).

I am getting the following error:

schema_reference.4: Failed to read schema document 'http://www.springframework.org/schema/
     beans/spring-beans.xsd', because 1) could not find the document; 2) the document could not be read; 3) 
     the root element of the document is not <xsd:schema>

here is my code.

i have added dependencies in maven having 3.1.1. version of spring framework. i want to know where am i wrong.

Did you included whole spring context file or part of it, I see no end tags — Pankaj, Jun 15 '15 at 06:08
