Generating controller in Rails raises an error

Question

I recently installed the Ruby on Rails development kit in order to fiddle around a bit with the web server for a project I'm working on.

However, when I try to generate a controller using rails generate controller, an exception is raised. See below:

What does this error mean and how can I fix it? Thanks in advance!

then i ran `cd test` and then `bundle install` then i tried to run the `rails generate controller` — Will Sherwood, Oct 01 '15 at 12:15
