How can I install wifi python 2.7

So for the past few days I've been trying to install this package to no avail.

I work with windows and Python 2.7 and so far nothing has worked.

I understand that I need to use pip (?) but I can't seem to find out how it works.

EDIT: if this only works on Linux what is an alternative?

Ok thanks, this far I kind of managed to get, but whenever I try to use "pip install " it doesn't work. – Tersely Oct 28 '15 at 16:18
