Is it possible to get 2.png? enter image description here

I want to fill the transparent portion of the icon to be filled with WHITE. How can I achieve this?

I could not figure out how to fill the path by just editing the Path String and adding like a Rect behind it. So, I found out that we can insert a whole SVG as a marker.
