Question

I'am getting the following error, while trying to deploy my application, and i'M using hibernate.:

Post the full stack trace not only snippets. One thing make sure you are using Spring 4.0 and not older ones, also it is recommended to use the version less xsd files. — M. Deinum, Jan 07 '16 at 12:09

Try the version less schema's. Which spring version are you using and can you show the jars you are using (i.e. `mvn dependency:tree` assuming you are using maven). — M. Deinum, Jan 07 '16 at 12:33

Then show the jars you have in your web-inf/lib. Also why use the aop.xsd when you don't use it in the file... You are only using the `beans.xsd` all the otther is clutter. — M. Deinum, Jan 07 '16 at 12:42

The dispatcher-servlet.xml and application context configuration are both fine. This appears to be an error caused by something else. Try upgrading to 4.1.7.RELEASE (that is the version I used to test your dispatcher-servlet.xml file) — DwB, Jan 07 '16 at 13:22

Change your dispatcher-servlet.xml with below code. I had got similar error, it is resolved after changing .xsd versions

First, try to unify the beans schema version in each XML, now it seems you are mixing 4.2 with 4.0 within your application context (spring-beans.xsd != spring-beans-4.0.xsd).

Second, try to get rid of that special "p" namespace, if it has any influence on behaviour.

Third, its a good idea to use schemata from classpath - this is not required, but it is a best practice - like this: http://www.springframework.org/schema/beans classpath:org/springframework/beans/factory/xml/spring-beans-4.0.xsd.

And finally, check your resulting WAR, if it does not contain multiple Spring versions.
