I've an Android sketch template as a .sketch file. Unfortunately I can't use it on Linux or Windows, but the Sketch program is only for Mac OS. How can I open .sketch files in Linux or Windows?

Windows: Figma runs on Windows and opens .sketch files.

Linux: there's Figma Linux, an unofficial fork for Linux.

You can use FramerJS to parse sketch files. Its an online platform to export the html and css from the sketch files. Hope this helps!

The Lunacy app is focused on Sketch Files on Windows.

Avocode seems to be a pretty good alternative. They also have a free version that you can try it out before you decide to buy.
