I'm using two monitors (one: 1440x900, second: 1280x1024) and I don't know what values should I set on SCREEN_WIDTH and SCREEN_HEIGHT.

For example, I tried SCREEN_WIDTH = 1440 and SCREEN_WIDTH = 1280 (I want to simulate mouse on right monitor named "second") and SCREEN_WIDTH = 1440+1280.
