Writing to HDFS Using Java

Question

I am writing a file to hdfs using java using the following code:

import org.apache.hadoop.conf.Configuration;
import org.apache.hadoop.fs.FileSystem;

But I am getting the following exception

Why I am getting the exception? I just copied the source code from the Link
