How to access a TextView from nav_header_main?

Question

So I'm new to Android and I'm using the Navigation Drawer template and what I want to do is display the current date in a TextView located in the nav_header_main of the drawer but I get this: this:java.lang.NullPointerException: Attempt to invoke virtual method 'void android.widget.TextView.setText(java.lang.CharSequence)' on a null object reference Tried LayoutInflater and what not and I can't manage to fix it. Here's my code:

MainActivity.java
