Get content from table by webbrowser?

Question

I have the following table.

                    <th></th>

                    <th>E-MAIL</th>
                </tr>

            </tbody>
        </table>

I would like to know how to get content from each TR to write to Access Database.

Because until the moment I only managed to get to this code.
