var jsonObject = angular.fromJson(yourJsonString)

That will transform your Json to an object. Then you can iterate over any field of the object an get keys or values.

angular.forEach(jsonObject.whatever, function(value, key) {
    console.log('key : ', key);
    console.log('value : ', value);
});
