I need to display my website dynamically. I.e when user requests form a computer the large layout should display and if user requests from mobile, my jquery mobile page should be displayed.
I'm not asking about Bootstrap framework.

Instead of using jquery you can use simple javascript to detect it:

user agents is not always a good option, what if the user vendor is not found in any of the enlisted phone type, then they are stocked to your sites PC version, worse yet would you detect all tablet phones to display a particular tablet version for your website to them. based on the program language you are using , Media Queries remains the best. it detects by screen width.
