I installed a new version of Eclipe Oxygen recently. But I cannot get it to start. I see the following error:

Why is this error occurring and how can I remedy it and make Eclipse Up and running again?
FYI, I upgraded my machine to Windows 10 from Windows 7. I downloaded and installed Eclipse Oxygen. It was working perfectly in my previous build and I never faced this problem.
