Cannot read property text of undefined

Question

I have a simple RESTFUL api which connects to a database and creates a todo item. However I keep on getting the error Cannot read property text of undefined.

It is correctly connecting to the mlab database
I make a post request using postman
I receive the error: Cannot read property text of undefined
I know my syntax is correct
I can't understand why it is not creating this collection
I have my (TODO) model correctly defined. Have I missed some configuration out?

The only place where you try to read `text` property is `req.body.text`. What error message states is that `req.body` does not exist. — wscourge, Jan 17 '18 at 12:10
