I tried to run this test code on my jupyter notebook and when I run the code I get import error? can somebody help me get rid of this problem?

I tried multiple ways to install the tensorflow and I tried changing python versions... nothing seems to work.
On my desktop I installed GPU version and connected it to Visual Studio and it worked fine it just seems I cant set it up on my laptop
