Build existing code in Visual Studio code

I am trying to build code in visual studio code which is written in Visual Studio 2015 and facing the following error even though I am using .net framework version 4.5.2.

Error as follows :

C:\Program Files\dotnet\sdk\2.1.302\Microsoft.Common.CurrentVersion.targets(1179,5): error MSB3644: The reference assemblies for framework ".NETFramework,Version=v4.5.2" were not found. To resolve this, install the SDK or Targeting Pack for this framework version or retarget your application to a version of the framework for which you have the SDK or Targeting Pack installed. Note that assemblies will be resolved from the Global Assembly Cache (GAC) and will be used in place of reference assemblies. Did you read the error message? It says .NET 4.5.2 SDK or targetting pack isn't installed, you need to install it. – Lasse V. Karlsen Aug 07 '18 at 06:46
