Just wanted to know whether websites have the capabilities to block a specific iPhone or any mobile device through Imei number or phone serial number ?
Block in the sense - not be able to use their website or features etc.

No It's also not recommended to block via ip address, as every time they access a wifi they will have different ip address, and when using cell data they are most likely using the same IP as other mobile devices connected to the same provider. – HumaneWolf Oct 30 '18 at 08:43
