Why I am getting a traceback error when using urlopen()?

Question

I want to teach myself web scraping and going through an online guide, here is the code I have right now:

    from urllib.request import urlopen

    url = "https://www.pro-football-reference.com/years/2018/receiving.htm"

    with urlopen(url) as response:
        html = response.read()

    print(html)

This is giving me this error:

I think something's wrong with the urllib.request file but I can't understand what's causing the problem.

This looks like it's just part of the exception thrown, you might wanna provide the complete error text, probably has something like `SSLError` at the end. — Bernhard, Nov 14 '18 at 05:34
