Failed to resolve: com.android.support:appcompat-v7:27.1.1

Question

I'm new in android ,install the android studio 3.2.1 and try to create new project,but get this error:

Failed to resolve: com.android.support:appcompat-v7:27.1.1

my project gradle :

buildscript {
    repositories {
        google()
        jcenter()
    }
    dependencies {
        classpath 'com.android.tools.build:gradle:3.2.1'
    }
}
allprojects {
    repositories {
        google()
        jcenter()
    }
}
task clean(type: Delete) {
    delete rootProject.buildDir
}

and app gradle is :

    compileSdkVersion 27
    defaultConfig {
        applicationId "com.example.brazzaqi.myapplication"
        minSdkVersion 15
        targetSdkVersion 27
        versionCode 1
        versionName "1.0"
        testInstrumentationRunner "android.support.test.runner.AndroidJUnitRunner"
    }
    buildTypes {
        release {
            minifyEnabled false
            proguardFiles getDefaultProguardFile('proguard-android.txt'), 'proguard-rules.pro'
        }
    }
}

my dependencies:

how can i solve that error?thanks.

check whether you have installed necessary build tools version from sdk manager. — karan, Nov 28 '18 at 07:14

so get error Failed to resolve: com.android.support:appcompat-v7:27.1.1 – Simi Nov 28 '18 at 07:02
Then try to upgrade your **compileSdkVersion 27** to **compileSdkVersion 28** and try again.! – Harshil kakadiya Nov 28 '18 at 07:05
