I created a Java application with openjdk 11 and javafx. Everything is fine as I have defined the javafx dependencies in my maven pom.xml. So far everything works.

But when I try to automate the build in Gitlab ci with the image maven:3-jdk-11 and openjfx, the jar, build by maven, is broken.

Every time I call the generated jar on my machine, this exception appears:

    What platform are you building on? Windows? If it is not Windows, your jar should include the JavaFX dependencies with the `win` classifier as well to get the native libraries for Windows. See this [answer](https://stackoverflow.com/a/52654791/3956070). – José Pereda Jan 12 '19 at 16:06
  • Always look at the lowermost exception - here `java.lang.RuntimeException: No toolkit found`. So you need a toolkit. – Thorbjørn Ravn Andersen Jan 12 '19 at 16:12
