Cannot package jar with dependencies Spring-boot after installing plugin

Question

I cannot package the jar with dependencies even after adding the plugin to pom.xml.

Please suggest. My pom.xml

I followed the instructions but still same issue: added spring-boot-starter-parent, added the spring-boot-maven-plugin and ran mvn package. Built successful but [INFO] --- spring-boot-maven-plugin:2.1.2.RELEASE:repackage (default) @ myproject --- is not displayed — A.Dev, Feb 09 '19 at 22:16
I don't know why there is a down vote for this! But this was an issue which was not provided directly in the documentation or with any direct google search! With the help of earlier comment and https://stackoverflow.com/questions/23488093/execution-default-of-goal-org-springframework-bootspring-boot-maven-plugin1-0 I could resolve the issue. — A.Dev, Feb 09 '19 at 23:08

mvn clean install spring-boot:repackage fixed the issue.
