Despite changing "MaxReceivedMessageSize" but I still getting the error "System.ServiceModel.CommunicationException"

Question

I'm working on a web service, and when I send a query I can never get a response. The errors are:

System.ServiceModel.CommunicationException: 'The maximum message size quota for incoming messages (65536) has been exceeded. To increase the quota, use the MaxReceivedMessageSize property on the appropriate binding element.'

But my "maxReceivedMessageSize" is 2147483647. I dont know what to do.

I increased the number 65536 to 2147483647.

Yes, its look like duplicate. But you can see my code. "maxReceivedMessageSize" is 2147483647. But program still stoping — DoganalpK, Feb 19 '19 at 06:10
