SQLSTATE[HY000] [1045] Access denied for user mimi_oboss

Question

I get this error when trying connect to the server.

Access denied for user mimi_oboss'@'49.222.181.101' (using password: YES) (SQL: select * from categories)

DB_HOST=mimi.mysql.tool
DB_PORT=3306
DB_DATABASE=mimi_oboss
DB_USERNAME=mimi_oboss

You must turn off server and turn on when change .env file , just restart the server
