I'm not sure what happened, but this is the second time this error has occured and i'm not sure why this happens. This is frustrating and time consuming. I had to throw away my databases and use the backup, but surely this can't be the long term solution for it?

I haven't done any changes and i was working fine with it previously.

Here is my log:

I can see the IP is empty, but why? I have seen similar issues on here, but none of those answers seemed to work and throwing away my previous work and using a backup shouldn't be the solution and frankly getting fed up with XAMPP if this continues, as i have seen that this has been reported as a bug years ago and nothing has been done to fix this issue.
