Cannot Install certain python packages using pip

Question

So I've been trying to get into machine learning and this tutorial I found told me to get the following python packages:

scipy
numpy
matplotlib
pandas
sklearn

Now the thing is, only numpy and pandas will install. The others give me these errors and they are quite long and I don't understand them

Please consider using Anaconda to manage packages when using Python. Link: https://docs.conda.io/projects/conda/en/latest/user-guide/install/windows.html

Although learning a new tool might seem intimidating, but trust me this is the right way to go down the road and will greatly make your life easier.
