Flutter stuck at Installing build\app\outputs\apk\app.apk after changing and reverting back to original meta-data in AndroidManifest.xml file

Question

I was trying to use firebase_admob and I changed meta-data in AndroidManifest.xml file. I undo the changes and file now have the below as original.

            android:value="2" />

Now I am facing the issue on debugging my app, I am stuck at Installing build\app\outputs\apk\app.apk...

My Debug Console shows: √ Built build\app\outputs\apk\debug\app-debug.apk.

I have performed flutter clean, wiped my Emulator data.

After trying to debug, It again gets stuck at Installing build\app\outputs\apk\app.apk...

It shows a white screen for some mini seconds and gets stuck.
