My MVC is not running, throws Http Error 403.14-Forbidden?

Question

I want to fix this error but i have followed all the links from the error stack, but i did not get it right. Who can help me, this is my web.config below. How can i troubleshoot this error with simple steps?

What could an issue regarding my web.config, i did turn on on ASP.NET 3 using appwix.cpl' command to open up Windows feautures. What could be an issue? OS problem or what exactly please help mates.

What URL in browser address bar gives you 403.14? You need to set a default route (like default page in ASP.NET WebForms) so as to handle the root path properly. https://stackoverflow.com/questions/1142003/set-homepage-in-asp-net-mvc — Lex Li, Jan 30 '20 at 16:19
