Why can't JavaFX render a label

Question

I have a simple hello world-ish JavaFX app and here is the code

It throws the error during the compilation process:

I am assuming that the error causes the absense of fxml file, but not a 100% sure, the documentation doesn't provide the info regarding this error.

I've tried to google the error but it was unsuccessful. Don't really know what to do.
