Cannot install pygame

Question

I was trying to install a python-packages by using the command pip3 install pygame. I'm on Ubuntu(linux) that's why I'm using pip3 instead of pip. But it returns the following error

Also, this doesn't happen for any packages other than pygame.

I'm using python3.8 and I'm on Ubuntu20.04

Many Linux distributions have their own packages of Pygame

Installing to Ubuntu/Debian/Mint;

sudo apt-get install python3-pygame

Installing to Fedora/Red hat;

sudo yum install python3-pygame
