Please try the following ways:

Look for ca-bundle.crt in the "C:/Program Files/Git" folder. If you find this file, copy it and paste it to "C:/Program Files/Git/mingw64/ssl/certs/ca-bundle.crt".
Fix the path to “C:\Program Files\Git\mingw64\ssl\certs\ca-bundle.crt”

git config --system http.sslcainfo " C:\Program Files\Git\mingw64\ssl\certs\ca-bundle.crt "
Switch off ALL SSL checks completely by executing:

git config --system http.sslverify false

Since you have this issue in the checkout step, you can use

steps:
- checkout: none

to disable the checkout step first. After the above command is completed, use the git checkout command in your tasks to checkout your repository.
