I'm getting a weird error that I can't find anywhere else. I am simply trying to start up GeckoDriver to start Firefox. I tried it out myself and got the error below:
Error message:
"Error on testing: java.lang.AbstractMethodError: Receiver class org.openqa.selenium.firefox.GeckoDriverService$Builder does not define or inherit an implementation of the resolved method 'abstract java.util.List createArgs()' of abstract class org.openqa.selenium.remote.service.DriverService$Builder."
I pulled down a tutorial git that I was copying, plugged in the same GeckoDriver exe into the file structure and the test runs - loads up GeckoDriver and launches Firefox as expected.
I have stripped out anything extraneous and copied everything that I can see from the tutorial, still getting the same error. It's usually something very small that causes these types of things for me but it looks as if it should be working.
