I'm running a panel regression with dependent variable GDP_capita and explanatory variables fulldemocracy (which is a dummy 0 or 1, 1 when polity index score is 9 or 10) and control variable for gdp_per_capita_initial_year.

I want to know whether democracies that have a high score (9 or 10 in polity index) have a larger growth for GDP_capita

I'm using the world bank index and polity data set. I merged these.

I'm looking between 1960 - 2010.

I try to run a panel regression. I'm not really into panel data. But I think I need to run an fixed effects regression.

I want to make a panel data regression like the one in acemoglu et al. (2018) "Democracy does cause growth". I want to know whether democracies that have a high score have a larger growth for GDP_capita

You can add the data by running `dput(mydata)` and pasting the output in your question. Also, what package does `plm.data` come from? Make sure your situation is reproducible.
