I am using contact form 7 in WordPress. But it gives a error in console when after clicking submit button and form is not submitting. Error is bellow
POST http://www.fortunacreatives.com/fctest/index.php?rest_route=/contact-form-7/v1/contact-forms/5897/feedback [HTTP/1.1 409 Conflict 882ms]
But when I login to WordPress admin and submitting form it works without problem.
