Question

I installed Memcached but unfortunately, I keep getting an error:

please uninstall this plugin first (and if you wish, reinstall it later).

login admin panel, click plugins and uninstall (or deactivate / delete) the problematic plugin – Ken Lee Dec 07 '20 at 07:42

if you cannot login the dashboard, please try using FTP to login the server, go to wp-contents > plugins , and then rename the problematic folder (I believe is the "a2-w3-total-cache"), then try again – Ken Lee Dec 07 '20 at 07:49
