I'm trying to install bpy using pip, but I get the following:

pip install bpy

I just testing the installation on Python 3.9 for Windows 64 bits and Python 3.8 64 for Linux and it made the same error. But I found the solution. The problem is that version of Python, I tried to install bpy on the new Python version 3.7.3 for Windows 64 bits over a virtual machine and it works well.

The specifications about packages tell the version requires Python >=3.7, <3.8, so I think that is the problem.

I attached the picture below.

  • Please review *[Why not upload images of code/errors when asking a question?](https://meta.stackoverflow.com/questions/285551/)* (e.g., *"Images should only be used to illustrate problems that* ***can't be made clear in any other way,*** *such as to provide screenshots of a user interface."*) and [do the right thing](https://stackoverflow.com/posts/66309425/edit) (it covers answers as well). Thanks in advance. – Peter Mortensen Jun 02 '23 at 22:37
