Question

I keep getting this error Project 'org.springframework.boot:spring-boot-starter-parent:2.3.10.RELEASE' not found and I cant seem to find whats causing this can someone please help me figure out this problem, thanks. I tried everything and nothing will work and I dont know why. I also so other questions on stack overflow and couldent find anything that helps me.
