Build failed with an exception. Gradle error in flutter while debugging

Question

I am getting an error while debugging my flutter application on my device. The error is :

FAILURE: Build failed with an exception.

Plugin with id 'com.android.application' not found.

does anyone know the solution for this problem, then please let me know.
